The Harlingen Mid-Valley Retired Teachers Association would like to formally thank the donors for helping us in our annual Children’s Book Project.
We would also like to thank our chairperson, Ann Perez, and her committee members, plus our local members for their participation. Our total so far is 756 books collected.
They hasve been distributed to the Ronald McDonald House, Harlingen Boys & Girls Club, Dr. Liebert’s office, Total Rehabilitation, Harlingen Housing Authority Learning Centers, the HCISD Parental Involvement Conference and the Veterans Administration Clinic.
