HARLINGEN — The Harlingen Police Department is asking for help identifying two people accused of stealing cologne and cosmetics from ULTA.
Police say the man wearing the Dallas Cowboys shirt was seen in the store on May 9 at the same time $118 of cologne was taken from the store.
Three days later a woman was shopping in the beauty store when $309 in makeup was taken.
Police believe the man and woman might be connected with the thefts that took place at the store located at 2700 W Expressway.
