RAYMONDVILLE — Friends and family of a missing Raymondville woman need the public’s help in trying to find 49-year-old Nora Conde Villalobos.
She was last seen the night of Tuesday, April 18. Officials now say she was wearing a red top and silver pants. Initially they said she was dressed in a black shirt and grey pants.
