HARLINGEN — Fiat Chrysler Automobiles U.S. has announced Bert Ogden Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Harlingen has earned certification from the automaker as a 2017 Customer First Award for Excellence winner.
FCA U.S. created the award in partnership with the global marketing company J.D. Power to improve customer satisfaction with the Dodge-Chrysler-Fiat brand with a specific focus on sales and service, employee training and facility condition.
Bert Ogden Chrysler, with its new location at 8421 W. Expressway 83 Frontage Road, is one of 387 U.S. dealerships under FCA US to win the excellence award.
There are 2,600 U.S. dealerships selling Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram and Fiat brands.
