I am so glad one of the letter writers to The Monitor mentioned Psalms chapter 109, verse 8, in his letter and indicating it pertains to President Biden (June 22).
One who professes faith in God and church, one who lives his faith, one who prays to our almighty God and asks blessings on our people and one who in every act shows that he loves people and yes the unloved. Yes, this is the kind of man the psalmist is telling about and this man is Joe Biden.
The psalmist is spelling out the attributes of the evil men such as lying, cheating, hatred, extortion, persecuting the poor and needy, cursing and greed. Now in my opinion, this describes our former president and God-loving people of America honored this psalmist by saying let another take his office with their vote.
