The city of McAllen is advising motorists of possible traffic interruptions and delays Friday.
According to a city news release, traffic crews will be upgrading equipment at the intersection of 21st Street and Trenton Road on Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The city of McAllen Traffic Operations announced that traffic signals will be off at that time.
