RAYMONDVILLE — State Sen. Eddie Lucio Jr., D-Brownsville, will hold a town hall meeting today to discuss the state’s new budget and laws enacted during this year’s Legislative session.
“As a Valley native, I have a clear commitment to ensure that the needs of the residents of South Texas are being given the appropriate attention they deserve,” Lucio stated in a press release.
“I am looking forward to meeting with the residents of Raymondville and Willacy County to learn more on how we can continue to make progress that will benefit all of our communities,” he stated.
The meeting will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the L.E. Franks Tourist Center at 501 S. Seventh St. in Raymondville.
