HARLINGEN — A top Harlingen employer is hosting a hiring event this morning at the Workforce Solutions Cameron office at 1812 W. Jefferson.
Valley International Cold Storage, which offers cold storage and repackaging of frozen food products, is located in the Harlingen Industrial Park at 200 N. FM509.
The company is hosting the job event between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. today. Interested applicants should bring resumes and dress for an interview.
Valley International is seeking to fill positions including machine operator, maintenance mechanic, production lead and production workers, and stand-up forklift operator.
The company offers repacking services including consumer-sized packages, re-boxing, re-labeling and other functions. If also offers logistics and traffic management services, as well as freight-forwarding, freight consolidation and shipment routing and auditing.
The company employs about 150 people at its Harlingen location.
