Screening of award-winning ‘Love Thy Nature’

HARLINGEN — In celebration of Faith Climate Action Week, the Harlingen Baha’i Community invites the public to a free screening of the award-winning film “Love Thy Nature,” narrated by Liam Neeson.

The screening will take place Thursday, April 11, at 7 p.m. at the Harlingen Arts and Heritage Museum, located at 2425 Boxwood.

The film looks at how doctors are finding new ways that nature heals, how social ecologists are concluding that nature restores communities, and how scientists are looking to the natural world for cutting-edge inventions.

It also points out how humans seem to have lost touch with nature, leading viewers on a journey through the beauty of a relationship with the natural world.
