The National Weather Service says isolated showers and stray thunderstorms are possible until 3 p.m. Up to a quarter inch of rain is possible during the heaviest showers and storms.
The rain is possible across the Valley from Brownsville to Port Mansfield and from Laguna Heights to Mission.
Drivers are warned to be extra careful.
