HARLINGEN — Have some questions about the tax-free emergency preparation supplies weekend?

Experts at the Texas Comptroller’s Office are hosting a Facebook Live event at 2 p.m. today to discuss some of the more frequently asked questions about supplies and products covered under the tax-free umbrella from April 28-30.
“This tax holiday is for everyone in every part of the state,” a statement released today said. “We’ve put together a short video explaining the basics, and our podcast dives into some of the details. “We also invite you to join us at 2 p.m. CST today, Wednesday, on Facebook Live. We’ll discuss qualifying items and answer some frequently asked questions.”
