Slow Cookin’ w/ Pete Ep. 2

This recipe is easy and combines four of my favorite things — tater tots, bacon, cheese and garlic.

I used to think that slow-cooked meals don’t taste as good as food cooked in a traditional way. This cheesy chicken, tater tot and bacon bake was one of the recipes that convinced me otherwise.

Although not the healthiest of dishes, it is tasty and simple to prepare. And how can you deny anything with bacon and cheese in it?

As is usually the case, you combine all the ingredients in your slow cooker and let it cook for three hours on high. The most difficult thing about this recipe is cutting the chicken breast into cubes or pieces.

The recipe also calls for you to fry bacon and then crumble into pieces. In order to save time, I bought the real bacon pieces that are sold in packages, which work just as well.

This is definitely a satisfying comfort meal you can make quickly. If you have any recipe suggestions, feel free to email me at [email protected].
