MERCEDES- A Mercedes mother is seeking criminal charges against a student who allegedly wanted to strike her son with a butcher knife on a Mercedes ISD school bus.
Mercedes Superintendent Dr. Dan Trevino confirmed the incident occured yesterday off school campus and the student was arrested.
No more information was released as school district and police continue to investigate the incident.
