HARLINGEN – Police have issued a welfare concern for a missing Harlingen woman.
On Tuesday at approximately 4:20 p.m., Harlingen Police responded to the 3000 block of North 77 Sunshine Strip in reference to a missing person.
According to the report, 22-year-old Rebecca Jane Vega was last seen walking into the Harlingen Wal-Mart on June 25.
She is described as five-feet four-inches tall, weighs 180 and has brown eyes and long black hair.
