Police: Quick Run robbery suspect surrenders

HARLINGEN — The man wanted in two robberies over the weekend has been arrested.

Miguel Angel Flores, 34, of Harlingen, turned himself into the police department at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

He was wanted on an outstanding warrant resulting from the aggravated robbery that occurred at the Quick Run on the 2200 block of N. Commerce Street Saturday.

Flores was also wanted on a warrant in connection with a burglary of a building on 1100 block of East Jackson Street that was reported earlier that same day.

Flores was booked into the city jail, pending arraignment on both charges.
