How will the bank merger impact me as a customer?

– In April 2017, the banks will combine their computer systems. Once this occurs, the blended bank will provide customers with access to new technology and additional services.

– Business hours at branches are not expected to change.

– Branch phone numbers will remain the same.

– Account numbers will stay the same except in isolated instances where duplicate numbers exist.

– Online banking, bill pay and telebanking services will remain unchanged until the merger of the two computer systems in April 2017. Once the changes are made, online banking and bill pay will transfer to the enhanced system and customers will receive a new telebanking number to call. Your local banker will be able to answer any questions.
