A number of law enforcement officers are at a Harlingen apartment where a man is reportedly barricaded himself with a weapon.
The crime scene is located near Bourbon and New Hampshire streets, which is near Arroyo Park.
The Cameron County Sheriff’s Department and Harlingen Police are both at the scene. Officers have not released any details about the man or the situation.
