Depending on the industry in which you are employed, if you don’t have the skills to earn your employer between $22 and $30 per hour, Congress is about to make it illegal for you to work.
That $15 minimum wage doesn’t include workman’s compensation, unemployment insurance, vacation and sick pay, an employer “contribution” of an additional 7.5% to Social Security and, for some, health insurance.
No employer (except the government) can hire someone who cannot produce them a profit.
