Letters: Biden attacked

I remember when a certain army general remarked that President Trump should be kept away from the red button for atomic weapons because Trump was unstable! Well, now with Joe “Me run again” Biden not knowing where he is, shaking hands with no one, tripping and falling down, calling for a deceased representative to stand up or saying that he was raised in a Puerto Rican community in Delaware, I that general if he thinks “Creepy Joe” is stable.

He said the “F” word in Florida to look tough, but Russia, China, Iran and North Korea are flexing their might because they know he cries and China knows what “Naked” Hunter, Jim Biden and the big guy did in secret with their deals.

My fellow RGV citizens, vote with your conscience and vote for the GOP so we can show that we are very tough, unlike “Lying Joe”!

Funding

disparity

I just read the article about the Pharr EMS, and think you should look more into funding of EMS/fire/police departments in local cities and the percentage of 911 calls each service responds to. I am a first responder, and I know that in most cities fire receives double-digit millions of dollars of funding (local/state/federal) while responding to a handful of fires each year. EMS receives zero funding from these cities and responds to tens of thousands of calls in the city they cover. The numbers are all there.

“Can a free government possibly exist with the Roman Catholic religion?” — John Adams

The answer is no! The article to back that up appeared on Page 1 of The Monitor on Sept. 15.

The Roman Catholic Church has centuries of child abuse history. By the Council (or Synod) of Elvira in the early 4th century, the problem of child abuse had become large enough for special punishments to be put in place. One particularly strong proclamation was as follows: “Those who sexually abuse boys may not commune, even when death approaches.”

When the accused pedophile is transferred to another church it makes the church guilty of child molesting.

Matthew 19:14: “But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” How many have suffered at the hands of God’s ordained?

But the Roman Catholic Church is not the only one. The Southern Baptist Convention says it faces a Department of Justice investigation after an outside report found leaders mishandled allegations of sexual abuse.

Money is the problem. They do the crime and refuse to pay the cost.

One Baptist preacher allegedly raped an intellectually disabled girl in his church. He claimed the 12-year-old came on to him and he could not resist. The district attorney refused to try the case because the girl’s word was not reliable. A cash settlement was made and the child was forced to leave the church by the members.

The Baptist and CatholicChurches are strongly pro-life. Why? The Church, Scouts, Little League and other places children are allowed to be under the control of non-parents are like a candy store for diabetics. Never let your child be alone with a cleric or any other male church worker. Don’t give them a chance to rape your child.
