Allocations include programs like the Community Development Block Grants, HOME Investment Partnerships and Emergency Solutions Grants.

The total allocations have been provided to the following South Texas cities and counties: Brownsville, $3.8 million; Edinburg, $1 million; Harlingen, $1.2 million; Hidalgo County, $10 million; McAllen, $2.5 million; Pharr, $1.1 million; and San Benito, $333,510.
