With the cooler weather here, I like to open up my doors and windows to let in the fresh air.
With that comes all the wonderful sounds of wildlife in my backyard, including the sound of a barking dog.
This dog barks morning, noon and night. It’s been going on for months.
It’s not so bad with my windows closed, but I can still hear it.
Today, I had my doors open and reached my limit.
This dog barked for three hours straight.
From the sound of it; it’s a pretty large one.
It’s barking again as I write. It’s 9 p.m.
I don’t know where this dog lives so I can’t report this nuisance to Animal Control, but I think it lives in Country Club Estates that abuts my property.
Whoever lives near this dog, please be a good neighbor and report the problem to the county. How could anyone ignore this?
It’s not because I don’t like animals, I’ve had pets of my own.
It’s disruptive to the well being of the community.
