The letter published in the Memorial Day edition of the VMS responds to my recent letter.
If believing in and adhering to God’s Law is “close-minded, archaic and old-fashioned,” then I plead guilty.
The sin of murder is the first among the commandments mentioned by Christ to resist. Whatever we are to resist as a matter of human law we are to protect against mankind committing and that includes civil law.
The safety of the unborn child should be among our highest priority.
If murder is wrong for one, it is wrong for all.
Regardless of the various spins liberals put on abortion it is murder period.
And yes, I do hope and pray that Texas follows Alabama’s Abortion Law.
