Autopsy results are pending on a man who was found dead Saturday at Andy Bowie Park on South Padre Island.
Authorities don’t believe foul play is involved.
Cameron County Park Rangers were sent to the Andy Bowie parking lot at around 4:45 p.m. in reference to an unresponsive man, the department said in a news release.
The man, identified as George Walter Hernandez, was found inside a recreational vehicle and South Padre Island emergency medical services “conducted medical procedures to verify signs of life,” the news release said.
According to the news release, there are no signs of foul play but an autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death.
