No winning tickets were sold in Wednesday’s Powerball game, so Saturday’s jackpot is an estimated $550 million.
Wednesday’s winning numbers were 6, 8, 15, 27, 42 and the red Powerball 10.
Saturday’s jackpot has a cash value of $277.5 million. If a player wins Saturday’s Powerball jackpot, it would be the game’s second-largest jackpot won this year.
The Powerball jackpot was last won on Aug.3, when a ticket in Pennsylvania matched all five white balls and the red Powerball to win a $206.9 million jackpot. Since then, the game has had 33 drawings in a row without a grand prize winner.
