Harlingen police said a dead person was found inside of a car Monday afternoon on the 1800 block of West Lozano Street.
Police said the cause of death was unknown.
As of Monday afternoon, police have blocked off Lozano Street from T Street and ask drivers to reroute to Wichita Street.
