The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office on Monday morning opened a death investigation after a citrus company employee found a dead man.
Sheriff J.E. “Eddie” Guerra said on Twitter that deputies responded to an area north of Mile 11 on Rooth Road where the man’s body was found.
No other information was immediately available.
