Cameron County health officials will hold two second dose COVID-19 vaccination clinics this week for those who received their Moderna vaccines last month.
The first clinic will be held beginning at 6 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 10, for those who received vaccines on Wednesday, Jan. 13 at the Los Fresnos Fire Department. You are asked to return to Los Fresnos for the second vaccination.
Then on Friday, Feb. 12, a second dose vaccine will be held at the Brownsville Sports Park for anyone who received their COVID-19 shot on Friday, Jan. 15, at the park.
Both clinics begin at 6 a.m. and everyone must be in line no later than noon. You are asked to bring the vaccination record card you were given when you received your initial injection and you must remain in your car.
Health officials are urging everyone who’s received a vaccine to get the second dose in order for you not to lose your second dose allocation.
