U.S. Rep. Filemon Vela, D-Brownsville, will introduce Vice President Joe Biden at the Texas Democratic Convention at 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee for 2020 presidential election, is the headlining speaker at the convention.
