SpaceX founder and CEO Elon Musk and T-Mobile CEO Mike Sievert on Thursday announced “Coverage Above and Beyond,” a plan to expand cell phone connectivity everywhere by leveraging Starlink, SpaceX’s array of satellites in low Earth orbit.
