Barbara and I had the privilege of attending the Memorial Service for Charley Feldman, former Harlingen business and cultural leader, in Dallas, April 19 and want to share with Harlingen’s proud citizens how delighted we were to hear repeated praises for Charley and the Community of Harlingen and RGV.
It was refreshing to hear such rewarding words for our South Texas community, especially from such a distance and time.
Community service leaders can share the pride of the occasion’s praises.
