This year’s Laguna Vista ‘s Independence Day Celebration, fireworks display and Parade scheduled for Saturday, July 11 has been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Town’s offices will be closed on July 3 in observance of the July 4th holiday.
“On behalf of Mayor Houston and Council Members of the Town of Laguna Vista, we wish you a safe and happy 4th of July. We look forward to next year’s festivities,” the city said in a release.
