Folks, we have been here before. When I was on the Harlingen Airport Board, now VIA, we had abudget problem. I suggested that we provide a secure parking place for cars that were going to be left over night or longer. Until then, all parking was free. When we began to discuss how to accomplish this, we found out that it was not as simple as we thought.

We asked for bids and offers, which led us to professionals in that business. We hired a company that solved our problem and provided more income than we ever dreamed.
Hire a golf course management company and get the politics out of the way.
