Leobardo Leal, 18, was charged in the death of Ines Moronez, 50, who was a passenger in a 1997 GMC truck.
Leal was driving northbound on Farm-to-Market 493 near La Blanca at about 10:52 p.m. Saturday when he “for unknown reasons lost control” and crashed in a field, according to information provided by DPS. Moronez was pronounced dead at the scene.
