Harlingen has many good points to brag about, but the unpainted streets are not one of them.
Many drivers have a difficult time staying in the proper lane without the white lines on the streets.
I know it takes time and the paint is not cheap, but for safety sake, we need the streets painted.
All the streets should be painted, especially the frontage roads.
