HARLINGEN — Forecasters have issued a small craft advisory for gulf waters from the Rio Grande to Port Mansfield until 4 p.m. today.
The aftermath of last night’s cold front is dragging strong northeast winds of about 20 knots in its wake.
Seas nearshore will be five to seven feet, with seas hitting six to eight feet offshore.
Winds will begin diminishing late this morning and continue to ebb throughout the day.
