HARLINGEN — If you need to renew your passport or apply for your first one, the U.S. Postal Service will host a number of passport fairs across the Valley this month.
No appointments are required and applicants will be seen on a first-come, first-serve basis.
The passport fairs will be held at the following locations:
April 14
Harlingen Post Office, 1502 New Combes Hwy, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Mission Post Office, 901 N. Francisco Ave., 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
April 21
EdInburg Post Office, 410 S Jackson Rd., 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Weslaco Post Office, 109 N. Border Ave.,, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
April 28
Del Rio Post Office, 2001 Bedell Ave., 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Passport application.
Minors under the age of 16 must appear with both parents.
Adult passports cost $110, plus a $35 execution fee.
Child passports cost $80, plus a $34 execution fee.
Expedite processing cost an additional $60

Consular report of birth abroad
Certificate of citizenship or previous passport
Proof of identification:
Previous U.S. passport or passport card
