Have ‘Breakfast and a photo with Santa’ at Valley Baptist on Dec. 16

HARLINGEN – Local children and their families are invited to have breakfast with a special guest as Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen gets in the holiday spirit.

Children and their parents will have the opportunity to enjoy a pancake breakfast with Santa served by the Valley Baptist elves on Saturday, December 16 from 9 – 11 a.m. in the Valley Baptist East Tower Lobby (entrance located off Treasure Hills Boulevard).

Children will enter through a “snowfall” at the East Tower entrance to a morning of holiday cheer.

After enjoying a pancake breakfast and taking a framed photo with Santa, they can decorate their very own wooden Christmas tree ornament and a delicious Gingerbread man.

Valley Baptist elves from the Pediatric Unit and Pediatric Emergency Room will make sure the children have plenty of supplies to create their very own take-home Christmas memories, all under the guidance of the Valley Baptist Pediatric Child Life Specialist.

After breakfast, parents can join in the fun, or linger over a hot cup of coffee or cocoa and listen to the sounds of the season as their children create Christmas memories.

Event is free of charge. To RSVP, or for more information, please call (866) 794-2229.
