LA FERIA— The search is on for a new superintendent.
The La Feria School Board is reaching out to the community for input on the matter.
Parents, faculty and residents are being asked to complete a survey on the district’s website by August 16.
The survey includes questions that ask what qualities and qualifications the community wants to see in the new superintendent.

The board has hired the Austin law firm of Walsh Gallegos Treviño Russo & Kyle, which specializes in representing school districts, to aid in finding the right match and will receive applications for the position until August 17.
