HARLINGEN – A man was killed overnight when he was struck by a train.
The accident happened on the tracks that run along Commerce Street between Fair Park Avenue and Wilson Road.
Police closed the intersections for several hours as they investigated the fatality that happened at 3:30 a.m. The road has been reopened.
Police have yet to release the identity of the victim.
