EDINBURG — Rodolfo “Rudy” Delgado, 93rd State District Court judge, intends to run for a spot on the 13th Court of Appeals.
A member of Delgado’s court staff Thursday confirmed Delgado would announce his intent to run for the court in a press conference later today.
Delgado, 63, most recently won re-election in 2016 when he ran unopposed for the 93rd state District Court seat, a position he’s held for more than 15 years.
