What do NCIS and RGV Honor Flight have in common?

Mario H. Flores

“My honor flight was, without question, one of the best days of my life. I’ve never thought of myself of as a hero. But after an entire day of being greeted everywhere we went by hundreds of people, waving flags and saluting us for our service, I began to rethink things.”

Mario H. Flores, a World War II veteran from McAllen, who flew with Honor Flight Rio Grande Valley in September of 2015
