RANCHO VIEJO — Grab your clubs and get ready for The Bishop’s Valley Golf Classic Friday afternoon.
This fun-filled event will benefit the Vital University Missions program of the Diocese of West Texas in the Rio Grande Valley.
Vital UM serves college students by helping them make life-giving connections with Christ, their campus, city and the church.
This year, all proceeds raised go to support the Vital UM programs and events in the Rio Grande Valley.
Teams have the opportunity to participate and the chance to win great prizes.
The event will be held at Rancho Viejo Resort & Country Club at 1 Rancho Viejo Drive in Rancho Viejo, TX 78575.
It will include an 18-hole scramble, putting contest, incredible door prizes and an awards reception. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m. and shotgun start is at 12 p.m.
“The Diocese of West Texas in the Rio Grande Valley is honored to have UTRGV as part of our outreach,” said golf classic volunteer Sarah Robinson.
