New computers on the table at school board meeting

SAN BENITO — School trustees will decide today whether to buy desktop and laptop computers for

Career and Technology Program students.

The computers, which have already been budgeted for, would serve three classes: anatomy and physiology, law enforcement and automotive collision.

They are to be equipped with the latest software and curriculum the classes need.

Also on the agenda, Superintendent Adrian Vega is scheduled to update trustees on an internal audit, a cash account report, student activity accounts and the facilities portion of the district’s five-year plan, called Re-Imagine 2021.

Trustees also are expected to vote on approving the 2017-2018 school calendar.
