Thinking Maps, Inc. Consultant Melba Johnson provided a training session for the district’s middle school 8th grade English Language Arts (ELA) teachers and San Benito Veterans Memorial Academy English and Special Education teachers.
The training provided teachers with writing strategies designed to increase writing scores. Participants observed Johnson conducting a classroom lesson.
