Forecasters say wind chill values will be in the upper 20s to near 30 from 3 a..m. to 9 a.m. Friday morning. The NWS says a strong high pressure will bring cold air across the Valley. Temperatures will fall into the upper 30s and the north winds will make it feel like its in the 20s.

The wind chill advisory covers Willacy and Cameron counties.
