LAGUNA VISTA — The little town by the bay is busy preparing for the upcoming holiday season. The Christmas tree lighting ceremony is taking place tonight at 5:30 p.m.
“Come and see the school groups perform and the town Council turn “on” the switch to light up the Christmas Tree to kick off the Christmas holiday,” said City Manager Rolando Vela.
During this ceremony, the top three winners of the Roloff Park Tree Decorating Contest will be announced.
Everyone is encouraged to attend the event, which includes school groups singing Christmas carols, the lighting of the town Christmas Tree and a visit from Santa Claus.
