A Harlingen man will be spending the next 40 years in prison for sexually assaulting two young children.
Evan Hye entered a guilty plea today to charges of continues sexual abuse of a child and aggravated sexual abuse of a child.
According to the Cameron County District Attorney’s Office Hye’s victims were only three and six years old and had been abused for two years.
Hye, who has been jailed since January, reportedly confessed to the crime.
