ARROYO CITY – Texas Department of Public Safety troopers have identified a 63-year-old Lozano woman who died Thursday morning when she lost control of her pickup and struck a pole.
Troopers say Juanita Estrada Barron was driving northbound on FM 1847, south of Fernando East Road near Arroyo City Thursday morning when lost control of her red Ford F-150.
She she veered off the road, striking a utility pole and then rolled over into a dry canal.
Barron was pronounced dead at the scene.
