One person was injured and transported to a hospital after a late-afternoon wreck today on Ed Carey Boulevard at Haine Drive.
Officers at the scene said a woman in a small blue Ford was traveling northbound on Ed Carey at around 5 p.m. when a red sports utility vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto Haine.
Police at the scene said the woman who was transported to the hospital did not have life-threatening injuries.
The driver and passengers in the SUV were not injured, police said.
