Crime Stoppers: Suspect steals $321 in cologne from Target

HARLINGEN — The Harlingen Area Crime Stoppers is asking for help looking for a man who stole more than $300 worth of cologne at Target.

On March 21 at 3:52 p.m. the man entered the Target on Dixieland Road and went to the fragrance department where he reportedly selected three different colognes worth $178.

Police say he left the store without paying for the items.

He is described as a Hispanic man wearing a black baseball cap, white t-shirt, black pants, and gray tennis shoes. He left in a black pickup pulling a small trailer.

Crime Stoppers says two days later the man returned right before the store closed at 9:24 p.m.

Police say this time he picked up three more colognes worth $143 and again left without paying. He was wearing a green sweat shirt, gray pants, and black and white tennis shoes.

In total the stolen colognes are worth $321.

If anyone has any information on the actor or of any other crime, call the Harlingen Area Crime Stoppers at 425 TIPS (8477). A reward of up to $1,000 may be given for his arrest and conviction.
